SELECT VEHICLE

The user navigates through the reservation process that is divided into simple steps. The first 6 steps of the process can also be placed on your company’s website to allow for online reservations. The remaining 3 steps are part of the back-end administration.

RESERVATIONS TABLE

This table shows all the reservations that are registered in the system. The reservations are colour-coded based on status. In addition you are able to create tabs for custom lists such as “today’s pickups”.

With the availability calendar you can easily see which vehicles are still available and which ones are not. It is also possible to create a new reservation from the calendar by choosing the vehicle and dragging over the days of the rental period.

The HQ system allows you to standardize your Rental Agreement process. On the first page you will have all the relevant rental information but you can also attach your terms and conditions as well as images of the vehicle when given out.
It is also possible to enable the digital signature functionality in case you would like to implement a paperless office. The client can then sign the agreement on a tablet and will receive a copy by email.

The system allows you to keep track of different types of key performance indicators. In this dashboard the revenues statistics are displayed.

VEHICLE FINANCES

Seeing as the system asks you to update the odometer after every rental period, the system can send an automatic email when the vehicle reaches the maintenance threshold. The system can also keep track of all other vehicle paperwork such as road tax or insurance.

Repair Calendar

When you click on the maintenance alert the system can automatically create a repair order where you can register the type of maintenance or repair. The system allows you to add notes and images about the maintenance activities and you can specify the costs of labor and materials.

Over time you can keep track of all maintenance costs per vehicle and see how much you have earned on the vehicle.

With our full Customer Relationship Management (CRM) package you can keep track of all important customer information. Have all contact history notes, documents and email correspondence available within the application.

Allows customers to login to view or edit their booking. Customers can login with their social media accounts which means they will not have to create a new account.

Ask for Reviews

Configure an automated “Thank You” email where you ask the customer to leave you a review on your desired platform. This email can be sent automatically when the rental is completed or you can schedule to send the email a few hours later.
